Founder and CEO Brook Sebren initiated the transformation after partnering with strategic marketing agency Bahlr Media of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to elevate the company’s brand and position it for national growth.

According to Sebren, the decision to transition to BROOK Heavylift Testing Solutions was inspired by both client perception and the company’s long-term ambitions.
“When we reached out to clients for feedback, one of them told me, ’I know you’re founded on reliability — and that’ll never change — but at this point, when I need something, I don’t call Reliance… I call BROOK,’” Sebren explained with a smile. “That’s when it clicked. The name BROOK had already become the brand. This transition simply makes it official.”
